By using our website and platform, you’re agreeing to these Terms Of Service. Please read them carefully.

You need to be at least 18 years old (or old enough in your country) to use our services. If you’re using the platform on behalf of a company or team, make sure you have permission to do so.

• You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button on our website for new Mingler users. For interested organizations for our white-label solutions offerings, please reach out directly to us.
• You’re responsible for keeping your password safe.
• If you think someone is using your account without permission, let us know right away.

We let you use our platform, but there are a few things you can’t do:

• Don’t break the law or violate anyone’s rights.
• Don’t copy, hack, or modify our software.
• Don’t overload our systems with bots or spam.

If you’re using our white-label feature:

• You can only utilize our platform to your own users.
• You’re responsible for your customers’ behavior.
• You need to provide your own legal documents (terms, privacy policy, etc.) for your version.

We can stop your access if you’re misusing this feature.

You own everything you post or upload. But when you use our services, you give us permission to use it to run the platform (like backing it up or showing it to other users).

Don’t post anything illegal, offensive, or something you don’t have the rights to share.

Our platform has social features like chat, forums, or groups. Be respectful. Don’t bully, harass, spam, or post harmful content. We may remove content or block users who break the rules.

• Some features cost money. Pricing is on our website or in your custom agreement.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel them.
• We may change our prices, but we’ll let you know in advance.

We take your privacy seriously. We follow laws like:

• Singapore’s PDPA
• Other regional laws

Check out our Privacy Policy to learn more. If you’re a white-label client, you’re responsible for how you handle your own users’ data.

We sometimes connect with third-party tools or services. We’re not responsible for what those services do. You use them at your own risk.

Our platform, brand, and content belong to us or our partners. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly. But we can’t promise the platform will always work perfectly or be free of bugs.

We’re not responsible for any losses or damages you suffer from using our services. The most we’ll be liable for is the amount you paid us in your last billing monthly or yearly cycle.

If you do something illegal or break these terms and it causes us problems, you agree to cover any costs or damage (this is called indemnification).

You can stop using our services anytime. We can also suspend or stop your access if you break the rules.

If your account is closed, we’ll keep your data for 30 days in case you want to come back, then we may delete it.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
• Any disputes will go to the courts in Singapore.
• If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

We might update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know. If you keep using our platform after the changes, it means you accept them.
